Prices excluding VAT for businesses, including VAT (French VAT at 20%) for individuals: your status is chosen when you create your account. Payment to Certificall, from the app, after account creation. Prices per photo are calculated on all included photos.

The right choice depends on how regularly you need evidence, not on the size of your company.
Choose credits if…

Choose a subscription if…
You document your worksites, site visits or deliveries every week, with a steady number of photos from one month to the next.
The price per photo drops to €0.56 excl. VAT (€0.67 incl. VAT), and you no longer need to top up credits.

How much does a certified photo cost?
With Certificall, a certified photo costs €1.00 excl. VAT (€1.20 incl. VAT) with prepaid credits, and a video €3.00 excl. VAT (€3.60 incl. VAT). With a subscription, the price per photo drops to €0.56 excl. VAT (€0.67 incl. VAT) on the annual Confort plan.
Is the app free to download?
Yes. The Certificall app is free to download on the App Store and Google Play. You only pay for the photos and videos you certify, with credits or a subscription.
Can I try Certificall for free?
Yes. Every new user gets 3 free photo credits when they create an account. You can certify your first photos and see the result before choosing a plan.
Does the app work without a network connection?
Yes. The Certificall app works offline: you can take photos and videos with no network. They are timestamped and certified as soon as the connection is back.
Do prepaid credits expire?
No. Certificall prepaid credits are used to certify photos and videos, never expire and come with no commitment. You can top them up at any time in the app.
What is the difference between the monthly and annual subscription?
The annual subscription gives you 2 extra months of photos on every plan: 1,400 photos per year on Basic instead of 1,200 on the monthly plan, 2,520 instead of 2,160 on Essentiel, 4,060 instead of 3,480 on Confort. On the Essentiel plan, the monthly price is also lower with annual billing: €118.25 excl. VAT instead of €129.00 excl. VAT.
Do subscriptions involve a commitment?
Yes. Certificall monthly and annual subscriptions come with a commitment, and unused included photos do not roll over. Videos are bought separately with credits. For use with no commitment, choose prepaid credits.
How do I buy credits or subscribe?
Once you have created your account in the app, open the “Choose your plan” screen. The Prepaid credits tab lets you choose the number of photos and videos; the Packs tab offers the Basic, Essentiel and Confort subscription plans. You pay Certificall directly.
Are prices shown excluding or including VAT?
Both. When you create your account, you state whether you are a business or an individual: businesses see prices excluding VAT, individuals see prices including VAT (French VAT at 20%). The price itself does not change.
